20 lessons learned in 2018:

1) Don't stress yourself out, keep your environment healthy, be friends with those who are supportive, positive and be there for you, through thick and thin.

2) Study not for the sake of examinations, but because you need the knowledge to serve the society later on.

3) Never trust people easily, please.

4) Don't give your heart to those who do not value your existence, those who never appreciate you. You deserve better.

5) Please don't betray your progression, move on, delete all pictures, conversations, things that might trigger you to run back to the ones you have outgrown.

6) If you started to feel depressed, reach out for help, little did you know that many people out there are willing to help you :)

7) Reward yourself with something good, release your stress by hanging out with your best friends.

8) Don't let yourself having a prolonged stress. Live like a human. Breathe in. Breathe out.

9) Set goals this year! Start to work on it.

10) Crying is not the sign that you are weak. It relieves your heavy and worn out heart. You will eventually going to be okay after that. (I've done it many times in 2018)

11) Everything happens, there must be something that you should learn. Things happened for reasons.

12) Love is not what you say, love is what you do. Cewahh.

13) Take care of your health, because health is the ultimate wealth.

14) Please know that you are not forever in that "worst" phase in your life. When we hit our lowest point, we are open to the greatest change.

15) Social medias could be addictive, or you open the chance of getting insecure about yourself. Try to log out from all social medias, for like one week. You'll be better.

16) What does not kill you makes you stronger, there will be many challenges ahead!

17) Don't forget to thank someone for their support.

18) Accept the truth and move on.

19) Please keep in mind that during this phase of your life (20 years above) is where you should think about your career, since opportunities do not usually happen, unless you create them.

20) Have you ever heard about acceptance-oriented approach? It is one of the ways on how to manage your stress. It applies to situation where you have no power to change what happens. And the approaches including get enough exercise and sleep, learn how to cope with change and build resilience, support network such as your family members and friends, or seek help from healthcare providers such as counselor.

"Even strong people struggle. We doubt, we fear, we learn. But we don't quit. We accept the challenges and get stronger. We embrace the journey and get wiser. We learn from the setbacks and get better. There's peaks and valleys, we understand this, our goal is to live a fulfilling life, not a perfect one. Failure is a lesson learned, success is a lesson applied."
